Can I track my order?

Tracking links are emailed automatically when your order ships. You can also view order tracking by logging into your account, selecting Order History and clicking on the order details.

How much does shipping cost?

Any order over $40 shipped within the continental US is eligible for free standard shipping. All other shipping costs and options will be displayed clearly during the checkout process if applicable. Please note that if you’d like to receive your order sooner, expedited shipping methods are available at checkout for an added cost.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Our goal is to process and ship every order as quickly as possible. For this reason, orders cannot be edited once it has been processed.

What shipping couriers do you use?

We currently ship with FedEx, FedEx Ground Economy (formerly called FedEx Smart Post), UPS, USPS, and various international carriers.

What happens when I’m not at home?

Shipping carriers are authorized to leave packages at the delivery address. It’s important to track your shipment and know when delivery is scheduled to occur, and retrieve the packages in a timely manner.

If you’re unable to be home for delivery, we highly recommend to redirect a package to a secure FedEx location for pickup. In addition to FedEx Office locations, FedEx Hold At Location (HAL) is available at Walgreens, Dollar General, Office Depot and Office Max near you for no addtional charge. How to cancel my order

There is a very limited time between when an order is placed, and when the order ships. For this reason, we never guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified once it has been placed. To request a change or cancellation to an order you’ve placed, please respond to your order confirmation email with teh request.
