Yes! Customers in Southern California have the option of picking up from our Valencia California distribution center to save on shipping. Simply choose “Free Warehouse Pickup” as your shipping method during checkout (it will be available once a SoCal Zip Code or shipping address is entered).

Please review our Free Warehouse Pickup Policy before placing your order:
- “Free Warehouse Pickup” hours are Monday-Friday 10 AM-5:30 PM
- “Free Warehouse Pickup” is not available Saturday or Sunday
- Orders will only be released to the person whose name they are under. Please present your photo ID and credit card used to place the order at the time of pickup.
- Will-call orders are subject to cancellation if not picked up by the 14th day and payment will be refunded. A restocking fee may apply.

My Mom placed an order can I pick it up for her? #
To reduce fraud and keep prices low, we have a very strict policy of only releasing merchandise to the cardholder with a valid photo ID, and credit or debit card used for the order (if applicable). If that doesn’t work we can accept cash from anyone at pickup (It’s an available payment method for all pickup orders) or ship the order to your door. Shipping charges may apply.
How long do I have to pick up my order? #
We gladly hold orders for up to two (2) weeks. After this time, we’ll restock the merchandise and issue a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
You are open until 5:30 PM but I can’t get there until 6 PM. Can you wait for me? #
Out of respect to our employees and their families, we do close pickup at the times posted. If pickup isn’t convenient we will gladly ship straight to your home or work.
I want to see the item in person before I order. #
We provide high-resolution, high-quality photographs of the items online, and the best place to see the merchandise is on our website. Our Valencia facility is a distribution warehouse, not a retail store and there’s a lead time to pull orders using a forklift or order-picking system. For this reason, we can’t demo or open merchandise before an order has been placed.
Do you offer installation? #
Our Valencia, CA warehouse is a distribution center only, and does not perform any installations on-site. If you need to get your parts professionally installed, please feel free to ask and we can probably recommend a good installer nearby.
Can I pay with cash? #
Yes! Once you select the pickup option as your shipping method during checkout you’ll be able to choose Cash at Pickup as your payment method. In this case we’ll prepare the order for pickup, and release the goods upon payment.
