We do our best to accommodate order cancellations or modifications, however, there is a very limited period between the placement of the order and the time the warehouse receives and fulfills the order. We can not, under any circumstance guarantee order cancellation or modification for this reason.

Orders which have been received but not yet processed can typically be canceled with no fee. Once your order has been processed, the credit card authorization is captured and credit card processing fees are no longer refundable. For this reason, we charge a 3% cancellation fee for canceled orders which have already been processed.
To request a change or cancellation to an existing order, please reply to your order confirmation email ASAP. Please provide as much info as possible, so we may process your request as quickly as possible. We can not accept change or cancellation requests by phone.
