Circuit Offroad Wheel Limited Warranty

Effective December 1st 2022

As specified below, wheels manufactured by Circuit Offroad (“us” or “we”) and purchased after December 1 2022 are backed by a limited lifetime structural warranty and a one-year limited finish warranty against manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.

Eligibility

This warranty applies only to new Circuit Offroad wheels sold directly by Circuit Offroad or through an authorized CO distributor, to the original retail purchaser (“you” or “purchaser”). The warranty is non-transferable and immediately expires upon the original purchaser transferring the title of a wheel. To the fullest extent recognized by the laws of the state where you purchased the wheels, our limited warranty defines the rights of the purchaser and limits our liability with regard to all warranty claims.

Circuit Offroad reserves the right to deny any claim it determines at its sole discretion is false, incomplete, or inaccurate, or where all eligibility requirements have not been met. Warranty claims must be submitted online at https://circuitoffroad.com/warranty/ for review to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept via phone or email. Products may not be sent back for warranty claims without a valid RMA number. Warranty claims may not be made by a distributor on behalf of a purchaser. A copy of the original invoice or receipt is required to be submitted as proof of purchase. The defective product must be returned prior to shipment of the replacement. As a courtesy, to expedite the shipment of a replacement product, you may choose to pay for a new product at full price and then receive a full refund upon receipt of the defective product. In this case, the defective wheel must be received within 30 days of receiving an RMA number or a refund cannot be issued.

Warranty replacement products must be of the exact same specification as the original product. The specification is defined as the same design, diameter, width, offset, bolt pattern, and finish. Wheels that have been modified from their original specifications, such as altering the offset, center bore, barrel width, finish (ex; paint or powder coat), or changes/removal of the specifications engraved on the back of the wheel to make them unrecognizable, are strictly excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty exchanges for wheels that become discontinued after purchase will provide a store credit to use towards another currently available wheel valued at the original wheel’s purchase price, not to exceed MSRP. No credit will be provided for the difference in price if a wheel of lesser value is selected. Because the design and fitment differences between the original wheel and the newly selected replacement wheel may be so significant that it is impractical to mix them, the warranty applicant is given the option to purchase one (1) to three (3) additional wheels at 30% off MSRP. This offer is only valid where the original wheel is discontinued.

Warranty replacements for wheels that are temporarily out of stock will be treated as backordered if fulfillable within 180 days. If it is determined that new stock will be available within that time frame, the claim will be processed as a discontinued item unless the purchaser voluntarily accepts the additional wait.

Occasionally, wheels are sold as used, blemished, b-stock or otherwise not sold as new. These are sold as-is and are not covered by this warranty.

Installation costs, transportation costs, or loss of use is not covered by this limited warranty. Accessories determined to be defective in workmanship or materials while the wheel is under warranty will be repaired or replaced. Wheels will not be replaced or replaced under warranty due to defective accessories.

Structural Warranty – Lifetime

Except as specifically stated below, Circuit Offroad warrants that its wheels, when properly installed on its intended application, will be free from structural defects in material or workmanship under normal and reasonable use. Circuit Offroad agrees to repair or replace a wheel that fails during this limited warranty period without charge.

This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects already present in the wheels from the factory such as casting or machining errors, or defective material resulting in a cracked rim or spoke, a centerbore out of tolerance, or a wheel out of round.

This limited warranty covers structural defects that arise under normal and reasonable use. Warranty coverage is strictly excluded for damage arising from the improper fitment for the intended vehicle, shipping damage, damage caused by tire mounting equipment, damage during vehicle installation, or otherwise caused by unintended use such as contact with other vehicles, impact with potholes, curbs, road hazards, or applications that exceed the wheel’s marked load rating.

Circuit Offroad is not responsible for damage caused by improper fitment. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the wheel purchased for their vehicle will not cause damage to brake calipers, suspension parts, exterior fenders, fender liners, brake lines, ducting, electrical wires, or fuel lines.

Finish Warranty – One Year

Except as specifically stated below, Circuit Offroad warrants that its wheels’ finishes will be free from peeling or lifting from the face of the wheel for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Circuit Offroad agrees, to repair or replace a wheel when the finish fails during this one-year limited warranty period.

Purchaser is responsible for inspecting all new wheels prior to tire installation or vehicle use, as damage caused during installation or normal use will not be covered. This limited warranty does not cover scratches from normal wear and tear, chips caused by rocks and other road debris, or damage resulting from misuse, including but not limited to, curbing wheels, off-roading, improper maintenance or cleaning with chemical cleaners, damage from tire mounting and dismounting equipment, contact with potholes, or other road or trail hazards. Never wash wheels Damage such as paint chips to the center cap support area commonly occurs during tire mounting/balancing and warranties for chips in this area is not covered.

Small paint pops, dust, lint or hair may be present in the finish of the wheel. Paint pops that are the size of the tip on a ballpoint pen are considered normal. A speck of dust, lint, or hair in a visually insignificant portion of the wheel once installed on a vehicle is considered normal if it does not adversely affect the function of the wheel. Paint pops that are larger than the tip of a ballpoint pen and any lint or hair that is longer than 2mm will only be warranted if they are on the front face or on the side of the spokes in a visually significant area of the wheel when installed on a vehicle.

During manufacturing and packaging, wheels are often rested on the back barrel of the wheel, because it’s not visible once installed on a vehicle. Minor scratches or scuffs on the back barrel portion of the wheel are considered normal and are not covered by the finish warranty.

Please carefully inspect wheels upon arrival before installation for any issues. Warranties for finish defects such as paint mismatching, scratches, paint pops, or defects from manufacturing must be reported and claimed prior to mounting tires.
